Note #1: Lotus Notes email messages can only be converted to Microsoft Outlook, not to any other format. Notes 5 or later is required for message conversion and Notes 6.5.4 or later is strongly recommended. These limitations do not apply to address book conversion.

Note #2: You must have Microsoft Outlook 2002 or later installed to perform this conversion.

Convert from Lotus Organizer

Symptom: Lotus Organizer does not appear as a source in the list of Formats in Address Magic.

Cause: Address Magic does not directly support Lotus Organizer, but there is an easy workaround for Lotus Organizer 6.

Solution: In Lotus Organizer, export your contacts to a vCard file. Make sure you save the vCard file somewhere where you can find it again, such as on your Desktop.

Now run Address Magic, select vCard as your source, click the File button, and open the file you just created. Click Next and continue normally.
