What is PDF?
Short for Portable Document Format, a file format developed by Adobe Systems. PDF captures formatting information from a variety of desktop publishing applications, making it possible to send formatted documents and have them appear on the recipient's monitor or printer as they were intended.
About PDF Split Merge Pages Professional
PDF Split Merge Pages pro can extract pages from pdf files, split pdf files into multiple parts, merge pdf pages into 1 pdf file, merge pdf files and extract images from pdf files. Images can be bmp, jpeg or tiff.
How to Split PDF File?
1.Download PDF Split Merge Pages Professional and install it.
2. To Launch Pdf split Merge Pages double click on the desktop icon labeled Pdf split Merge Pages. Or, Click Start-->Programs--> FileHunter-->Pdf split Merge Pages.
3. Click the " Browse" button to locate the pdf file you want to split.
Browse for Destination folder: This is folder to contain the extracted pdf pages. If you check the checkbox 'Use Same as PDF folder' then the extracted pdf pages will be placed in the same folder as the source pdf file.
If you check the checkbox 'Overwrite existing pdf's' , then existing pdf files with the same name will be overwritten by the extracted PDF file. If you do NOT check the 'Overwrite' checkbox then the new file will have the current time and date as part of its filename when it is created.
ADD PAGES: Press Add Pages to select the page ranges which be extracted from the original pdf file.
USE BOOKMARKS: Press Use Bookmarks to split pdf files by bookmarks or chapters.
4. SPLIT: Press Split to split the pdf files.
