How to split mpeg, mpg, dvd, vcd with MPEG Splitter?

Step 1. Click the "Open" button to select the source MPEG video file.

Step 2. Click the "Options" button to open the Options Dialog. Set the output MPEG video format and audio format. You'd better use "Set Format as Original File" function.

Step 3. Use the playback buttons to preview the MPEG video file. Use "Selection Start" and "Selection End" buttons to select a segment of the MPEG video.
