If you have used your Yahoo! Wallet to purchase services or products with your credit card, we may be able to verify your identity using that credit card. For example, you can recover your password with your credit card number if you have paid for any of the following Yahoo! services:

Yahoo! Music Unlimited
Yahoo! LAUNCHcast Plus
Yahoo! Fantasy Sports
Yahoo! Games All-Star Competition
Yahoo! Mail Plus
Yahoo! Real-Time Quotes
Yahoo! Research Reports
Yahoo! Classifieds
Yahoo! Domains
Yahoo! Merchant Solutions
Yahoo! Web Hosting
Yahoo! Yellow Pages
Yahoo! Voice
Yahoo! Local Featured Listings
Yahoo! Sports College Broadcast
Yahoo! Briefcase Storage
Yahoo! GeoCities
Yahoo! by Phone

If you used a credit card for any of the following services, you will not be able to verify your identity using that credit card:

Yahoo! DSL Internet Access (Example: AT&T Yahoo! high speed internet or Verizon Yahoo! for DSL)
Yahoo! Dial Internet Access
Overture Search Advertising
Overture Site Match
Yahoo! Hot Jobs

Note that, in most cases, you do not need to be an active premium services subscriber to verify your identity using your credit card number. The only requirement is that you should enter the same credit card number that you added to your Yahoo! Wallet in order to pay for products or services on Yahoo! in the past. If you have deleted the credit card from your Yahoo! Wallet, you will be unable to verify your identity using that credit card. In case you are not sure if you have used your credit card with Yahoo!, please select the "I have never used a credit card with Yahoo!" option.

You should always ensure that you are on a legitimate Yahoo! site before entering any personal information, including your credit card number.
