How to use Freez Screen Video Capture to record screen activities and sound to AVI video file?
Freez Screen Video Capture is a screen capture & screen recording tool to record screen activities and sounds into standard AVI video files.

Step1. Launch Freez Screen Video Capture. Click "Options" button to open settings dialog.
Step2. Set record region, video settings, audio settings, and hotkeys on the options dialog.
Step3. Start Recording.
Step4. Click the "Stop" button (or press the stop hotkey) and select the output AVI file path. The AVI file will be saved.
