2. Create agenda database easily

You can start using Agenda Organizer with the database templates included in the software package. Databases: Agenda Manager Simple, Agenda Table Form, Agenda By Activity. If the template already created is not exactly what you are looking for you can easily create a new one with Organizer's Designer.

3. Search, replace

The Local Search function helps you to locate agenda records that contain the piece of data you are looking for. With this software, you are able to locate a piece of text in any field with the capability of moving to the next agenda record filling your search criteria.

The Replace function helps you to replace the entire or the part of the field's content with a new value. This function is useful for users who want to make global changes on the selected field in the entire database.

4. Print reports

Report wizard lets you create quality, professionally looking documents, agenda report, agenda summaries, and more. You can define the report characteristic (color, size, margins, graphics,.. ), report layout , report sections (header, footer, ...). You can save settings to a template for future reuse.

5. Print labels

Print Label Wizard lets you print selected agenda fields on any label. There are already templates for all American and European Avery label formats. Print Label Wizard supports the most popular bar code types.
