How to Install the Zune Software on a Non-English O/S?

When you try to install ZUNE software v1.0/1.1 on a operation System that not is in English version, you can receive a error.
When you try to install ZUNE software on non-English operation system you may get an error in 95% of installation.
1. Click on START , RUN and type cmd click on OK.
2. One new windows will open with : ( C:\Documents and Settings\<user-name>)
3. Type : net localgroup USERS /add <ENTER>
4. Type : net localgroup INTERACTIVE /add <ENTER>
5. Type : net localgroup USERS <user-name> /add <ENTER> (Username found in step 2)
6. Type: net localgroup INTERACTIVE <user-name> /add <ENTER> (Username found in step 2)
7. Close all Windows and try to install Zune Software again.
