How to import data from excel to acess?

Solution - A

Use Data Transfer Template
|
Click Tools->Templates and select Data Migration/Transfer template category. From right, select "Transfer data from Excel" template and follow the wizard.Screenshot 1 |
OR Solution - B

Create new task
|
Click Tools -> Task Editor. |
|

Insert keystroke commands
|
Record a task to copy one record from Excel (Ctrl+C) and paste (Ctrl+V) to Access. Use Keystroke commands instead of mouse. At the end of copy use keyboard keys to move the active cell in Excel and Access to Next record. Screenshot 2 |

Insert Loop around the keystrokes
|
Place these keystroke commands inside the Loop Block and set the number of times as number of records to copy. |
When you run this task, it will copy your excel records to access file. To copy to Excel from Any Windows application just follow the same process.
