Step 1: Double click the icon of vlc media player. Makes it running. And play your vedio.

Step 2: Click "Show Extended settins" button on the bottom of screen. A dialog box will be appear





Step 3: In this dialog box, click "Video Effects" button, then click "Geometry" button.



Step 4: Make the checkbox of Rotate enable. In this pannel you can move the pointer and the acreen will rotate.
