Solution 2. Except above way, you can also compress the undected virus file to a Zip or RAR file. Compose an e-mail and attach the Zip or RAR file to newvirus@kaspersky.com. please.
Kaspersky will answer you as soon as possible after their engineers analyse the reported files.
