1. Start your Norton Internet Security 2008.



2. In the top-right corner, click Help & Support.



Norton 2008 product checks to see if your PC is connected to the Internet. A connection to the Symantec Support web site ensures that the latest troubleshooting information is available to help solve your issue.

3. Click Start Support Session.



Norton 2008 product Support will try to detect and fix any problem with the Norton 2008 products.

4. If Norton 2008 product Support is unable to detect any issues with the program, click Next.



5. A list of common problems, categorized according to the type and nature of the issue, will be displayed.



From the list, click any option that best describes your situation. Follow the steps to fix the problem.

6. You can also click Search to perform a search in the Norton 2008 Knowledge Base.



7. If you are unable to find the issue, or if the problem persists even after following the steps, click Contact Us.



8. Select the best option that suits you to contact us.
