How to get support for Norton 360? |

1. Start Norton 360.
2. In the top-right corner, click Support.
Norton 360 checks to see if your PC is connected to the Internet. A connection to the Symantec Support web site ensures that the latest troubleshooting information is available to help solve your issue.
3. Click Begin Support Session.
Norton 360 Support will try to detect and fix any problem with Norton 360.
4. If Norton 360 Support is unable to detect any issues with the program, click Continue.
5. A list of common problems, categorized according to the type and nature of the issue, will be displayed.
From the list, click any option that best describes your situation. Follow the steps to fix the problem.
6. You can also click Search to perform a search in the Norton 360 Knowledge Base.
7. If you are unable to find the issue, or if the problem persists even after following the steps, click Contact Us.
8. Select the best option that suits you to contact us.
