How to find and remove excel duplicates?

Step 1 - Select the search mode

Select the "Search in a single range" mode. In "Select the data range", enter your range reference for search. Clicking on the browse button opens the standard Excel dialog for selecting the range.

Tip: Before calling the Duplicate Remover select any cell from your range. The wizard will automatically set the range of your list.

Step 2 - Choose the type of data you want to find

Choose what you will search for: duplicate or uniques.

Step 3 - Check the columns that will be used for comparison

Check the columns from that will be used for comparison. All columns are selected by default. If your columns have headers, check the "My data has headers" checkbox.

Tip: If you have a lot of columns, and you want to compare just some of them, click on the "Uncheck all" button and then select the needed columns manually.

Step 4 - Select the action with found values

Choose what you want to do with found values:

• Select found values.
• Color rows of duplicates or unique values.
• Copy or move duplicates to another location (a new workbook, new/existing worksheet).
• Delete.

Click on the Finish button

Wait for couple of seconds until your data are processed.
