Exporting files from your iPod/iPhone to your iTunes:
    Download the free version of ImTOO iPod Computer Transfer, install it on your PC.

    1. Run the software, and connect your iPod/iPhone to your computer via USB cable. After done, the iPod/iPhone icon and its library and playlists appear in the Device list.

    2. Open the library/playlist that you want to export files, and then check the file(s) you want to export in the file list.

    3. Click the iTunes button to start exporting files.

    Otherwise, you could also choose the Export to iTunes option on the Action menu, and then export the files from your iPod/iPhone to your iTunes library.

    Tip: When ImTOO iPod Computer Transfer is started, it will modify the automatic synchronization of music/video to manual synchronization between iPod and iTunes.

Creating a playlist
    You can create and edit playlists to collect your audio or video files for your iPod/iPhone.



    To create a playlist for your iPod/iPhone:

    1. Run the software, and connect your iPod/iPhone to your computer via USB cable.

    2. When the iPod/iPhone icon appears in the ImTOO iPod Computer Transfer window, select a playlist below the iPod/iPhone icon, and right-click it. And then choose the New Playlist option to create an untitled playlist. This will appear at the bottom of the list of playlists below the selected iPod/iPhone icon.

    Otherwise, you can also create a playlist by choosing the File > Playlist option, and then choosing the New Playlist option from the submenu.

    3. Type in a name for your playlist. Pick something short yet descriptive for the playlist name, as this will help you organize your music and video on your iPod/iPhone.

    4. Add audio or video files to your new playlist.

    Otherwise, you could also create playlist by the following method:

    Open iPod/iPhone library or a playlist, right click on the files you want to transfer in the file list, and then choose the New Playlist option from the right-click menu. After done, the selected files will be added into the playlist you just created.

    Tip: You can also rename and delete the created playlist.
Dragging files among your different devices
    You can also transfer files between your different devices.

    To do this:
    Run the software, and connect your iPods (but only one iPhone) to your computer.
    Then open a library/playlist from one of the devices.
    Find the songs/videos you want to transfer in the library/playlist and drag them to the target iPod/iPhone.

Connecting iPhone
    There are some tips to be mentioned for the connection.

    1. Only in Window XP/Vista or above versions ImTOO iPod Computer Transfer is applicable.

    2. iTunes 7.3 and above versions is necessary for running ImTOO iPod Computer Transfer.

    3. ImTOO iPod Computer Transfer could only support one iPhone when connected.
