To distribute font outside your organization you must use font embed technology. Most of windows applications provide such capabilities. Please be noted that a developer license is required for such distribution.
Microsoft Office

To save a document with fonts embedded, select "Save As" from Word "File" Menu, then select Tools-"Options" to access the dialog show below.
Adobe Acrobat
Acrobat Distiller provide font embedding capabilities. When generating pdf files, select “embed fonts” from the “pdf settings” tab.
