How to edit existing .CHM files directly in Pocket CHM? |

Pocket CHM allows you to edit an existing .CHM file.
If you open a .CHM file created by Pocket CHM, Pocket CHM will rebuild the TOC and Index structure perfectly without losing any information.
If you open a .CHM file created by other authoring tools, Pocket CHM will analyse the .CHM file and try to rebuild the TOC and Index structure.
You can do anything at this point, such as edit topic files, design TOC and Index, or compile the project. All edit functions can be used, just like you edit a Pocket CHM project (.pcm file).
To edit an HTML Help file (.CHM file):
- From File menu, select Open CHM File. A dialog opens.
- Select the .CHM file that you want to open.
- To edit the .CHM file you selected, click Open.
- To cancel the action, click Cancel.
