How to download Tracks with BearShare?

With the world's fastest downloads, you can instantaneously access millions of songs and explore a great music community. You can also download entire albums or individual songs.
Downloading Tracks
Free Download - This is the case when you download free content (green icon), or when you download licensed content with a paid monthly subscription (then there is no payment for the individual download). With a subscription you have a limited ownership of the file. This means you can play it for as long as you have a valid subscription, but you cannot burn it.
Purchased Download - This is the case when you choose the "Buy Song" option to purchase one or more tracks, or a complete album. When you purchase a song or album, you own it. This means you can both listen to it and burn it onto a CD even when you don't have a valid subscription.
There are several ways to start a download:
1. In the Search pane, double-click on the row of the track you want to download.
2. Click the "Download" or the "Buy" button at the end of the row.
3. Right-click on the row and select the 'Download' option from the menu.
Playing a file from the Download Pane
1. Open the Download pane.
2. When a track is downloaded completely, the button will appear, and you can click it to play the track.
3. The track will be added to the 'Quick Play' list and played from there. It will also be added to your Library, as usual.
