How to decompile a .CHM file in Pocket CHM?

The Decompile command can break a .CHM file into a set of files. Decompiling a .CHM file involves copying the files in a compiled Help file to a folder that you specify. This procedure is useful for reconstructing individual HTML source files from a .CHM file. And it can let you know how many and what files are packed into a .CHM file.

To decompile a .CHM file
  1. From Tools menu, select Decompile. The decompile dialog opens.
  2. Click upper Browse... to select the .CHM file that you want to decompile.
  3. Click lower Browse... to select a local folder for the output.
  4. To decompile the .CHM file you selected, click OK.
  5. To cancel the action, click Cancel.
