In order to reduce the risk of losing our important data, a powerful yet easy to use backup and restore tool for Windows are strongly needed. Backup-2006 Studio is the just the right tool. It can backup anything to anything, and the destinations cover everything you can think of - network locations, optical discs or your own hard drive. The following shows how to back up documents with this program.
Step1: Install and Run Backup-2006 Studio.
The installation is easy and straightforward, just following the navigation, it won't take you much time to finish that. If you don't have the setup file, you could click here to download the free trail verison.
When you are launching this program, click "CTRL + N", the following panel shows:
In this step, enter the backup set name in the middle box. And then, click "Next"
Step2: Select What You Want to Back Up.
According to yourself, select the right one you need. For example, "My documents".
Step3: Select the Destination Drive or Folder.
This page is filled up by the folders defined in the Profile Standard. Of course you can change these folders.
Step4: You Can Schedule the Task.

Step5: Save Backup Set.
You are now ready to save the backup set. You can access the Standard profile and options if you wish to check or change some options before saving the backup set. Backup-2006 Studio checks your drive and inform you about potential problem.
Then, click 
to save the backup set.
