This level's 3 star walkthrough is very hard to get.
First, drag the lowest rope to let the candy catch the lowest star.
Then cut the right rope and the left rope in the middle.
When the upper two stars move on the same line, cut the lowest rope to let the candy catch the two stars. Then cut the right rope.
