step 1. Open the picture and build the vignetting.

Firstly we will open the picture which we want to give a soft color. As we can see we should select the area which we don't want to be dark, and set the feather as 15px.

Step 2. Darkened the zone around the central

Select the area which should be maintain as original color and inverse the selection. Then create a new layer to adjust the levels. In this step we just go to Create new fill or adjustment layer>levels.

Now we set the paramenters of the RGB channel like this:

Step 3. Set the Blending mode paramenters for the layer:

The Blending mode for the layer should be set as pin light.




Now you need to go to create new fill or adjustment layer > levels.

The RGB channel should be adjust like this:



The red channel should be set as shown below:



The green channel should be set like this:



The blue channel should be set like this:



When all these paramenters have been set. Just click OK. Now we have a look at the final effect. What a pretty work!
