2. The next step is to add topic files to the content windows--the easiest way to add files is to drag and drop by mouse; or you can also use mouse to drag and drop onto the Index window and Files window from the built-in Resource Explorer or Windows Resource Explorer or Windows Find Dialog:
   
3. Next step: Compile the selected ones to CHM Files. You could select "Tools" tab and click "Compile to CHM" or just click this icon:
   
4. Here you could finish compile a CHM file. If you want to decompile a CHM file, select "tools" tab and click "Decompile"--there will be another dialogue box, you could set your needs.
