How to copy DVD with Arc DVD Copy?

Arc DVD Copy can copy a DVD Movie In 20-40 Minutes; shrink a dual-layer (D9) movie onto one D5 with all the Special Features, Menus, Subtitles & Languages.

1. Select DVD source, DVD source can be a DVD ROM or "DVD-Video Folder" in your hard disk.



If you select from a DVD ROM, please select the DVD ROM with source DVD movie disc insert.

2. Select destination, destination can be a "DVD writer" or "DVD-Video Folder".

If you select a DVD writer,please insert a blank disc, and then select a folder(hit output settings button) to save temporary files. Please make sure you have enough free disc space to store temporary files. A D5 disc needs 4.3G and D9 disc needs 8.6G free space.

If you select a folder in hard driver, make sure you have enough free disc space.these files(DVD image) can be used for playing or burning later.

3. Select a copy mode: "Copy main movie" or "Split into 2 D5" or " Copy full disc".



Copy main movie - opy only main movie, without DVD menu and special features to one disc.
Split into 2 D5 - split a D9 disc into 2 D5 disc, copy full disc with movie, DVD menu,special features, all subtiles and languages.
Copy full disc - compress a D9 disc into 1 D5 disc, copy all movies, DVD menu,special features, selected subtiles and languages.

If you select "Copy main movie" or "Copy full disc", you can hit "output settings" button to select any audios and subtitles you wanted, the default option will select all of the audios and subtitles.

4. Just click on "Start" button to start processing. DVD copy is a long time job, it will take you 20-40 minutes, depending on your system speed.

Play with PowerDVD

1. Click "Select source" on the user interface and then select "Open DVD File on hard disk drive".



2. Select the folder that contains your video and then click OK when you are done. Your DVD file will begin playback just like any other DVD title.

Play with WinDVD

WinDVD lets you drag the ripped dvd files from your desktop onto the WinDVD Control Panel. Simply drag the folder that contains dvd movies onto the WinDVD icon, or onto the WinDVD Control Panel. WinDVD automatically begins playing the files.
