Download free Alive 3GP Video Converter. Install and run it.
2. Click "
Add" button to select WMV file you would to convert to 3GP format.
3. Click "
Convert" button to start converting WMV to 3GP / 3G2.
After you click "Start" button, you would be prompted by a window that allows you to select the output format, such as "3GP High Quality Mobile Video (*.3gp)", "3GP Normal Quality Mobile Video (*.3gp)", "3GP2 High Quality Mobile Video (*.3g2)", etc..., you can also change the video quality of output video and the ouput directory.
Then, just click "OK" button to convert the video file(s) to 3GP format.
