How to Convert PPT to PDF?
1.Download PPT to PDF Converter and install it.
2. After successfully completing the PPT to PDF Converter setup program, you can access the PPT to PDF ConverterĀ toolbar from within PowerPoint. All PPT to PDF Converter functions can be accessed through the toolbar. To access the PPT to PDF ConverterĀ Toolbar:
Launch PowerPoint. Click on the PPT to PDF Converter toolbar item, located directly to the below of the PowerPoint
Standard toolbar. You will see the PPT to PDF Converter toolbar displayed.
4.Chick "PDF Setting" button in the toolbar to open Setting dialog.
From here, you merely need to change the entries in the GUI to suit your needs, and the PDF will be produced according to your specifications.
5. Chick "Save as PDF " button to convert current document to PDF.
