Step 1: Select publish mode
Convert to a Single Flash File
This is to convert your PowerPoint file to a single flash file, the flash file plays from the start to the end of the presentation. Checkbox Turn SWF to EXE, check this option if you would like to create a presentation as executable file, most of time for the auto run CD presentation.
Convert to Multiple Flash Files
This is to convert each slides to different smaller flash files, and this is the best choose for the publish over networks, the downloading of the presentation is stream, downloading a second slide file while the current slide file began running and presenting, no need to wait a long period until the download of a single big flash file.
Step 2: Set Publish Property

Background Sound:
You may browse and choose one audio file for the back ground, or you can click on the micro-phone image icon to record the narration.
Audio file format: .wav and .mp3 file format supported, and please note: only 11KHz/22KHz/44KHz sample rate supported for mp3 file format.
The existing links or added audio files in the PowerPoint file will be converted as, there is no need to add them again if there are existing audio in the PowerPoint file.
Delay
This is to set up the timing of changing the slides, and the animations shown up delays.
Tips: For better and accurate timing of the slide show and animation, please take advantage of the Rehearse timing of PowerPoint software, please follow this: Please get the timing fixed for the slide show, from the PPT menu, please click: Slide show --> Rehearse Timings
After the preview of the entire presentation as you desired timing, the timing will be recorded and be created into the flash accordingly, this method is recommended
Step 4: Setting for each slide

Please get the timing fixed for the slide show, from the PPT menu, please click:
Slide show --> Rehearse Timings
After the preview of the entire presentation as you desired timing, the timing will be recorded and be created into the flash accordingly, this method is recommended
Step 5: Select publish folder
Please browse and choose the publish folder, This As default, the software will create a new file folder, added "FlashPoint" following the name of the .ppt file
Tips: New flash file is going to be created and saved in the file folder "Output", located at the newly created file folder.
This is the last step for the configuration, please click on the button "next" to start the conversion.
When the conversion finished, please click on the button "Preview" to take a look on the created flash file
There are 2 files will be created and saved in the output file folder, the file "index.htm" shows the example that already put the flash into a webpage, and the file "*.swf" is the created flash file, you can drag it into the IE, internet explorer window to play the flash file.
