Step 1. Download PDF Transformer and Install It

Step 2. Launch the Program and Try to Operate It

After installing it, you could launch the program and you will see the interface as follow:

Click "Next" and your default folder will be opened automatically. Select a PDF file and then click "Open". Since we would like to convert PDF files to txt format, choose "Saved as text".

Click "Done" to finish the selection steps and then it will automatically work for you.
