How to Convert PCL4, PCL5e, PCL5c, PCL XL (PCL6) print files to TIF, TIFF files? |

PCL - Abbreviation of Printer Control Language, the page description language (PDL) developed by Hewlett Packard and used in many of their laser and ink-jet printers. PCL 5 and later versions support a scalable font technology called Intellifont.
Step 1, Add PCL files or folder
Just clik the button "Add Files" or "Add Folder " to add document files into the file list, or you can move the mouse upon the file list and right press mouse, it appears the pop-up menu, then select button "Add files..." or "Add Folder... ", or you can drag and drop files from Windows Explorer, which has the same function. It looks like the following window.
Step 2, Configure convertion settings
After the docment files have been added into the file list, click button "Next". If you accept the default settings, you can click button "Convert" immediately to convert, or if you want to change settings, change them. When all the settings have been sured, all you need to do is to click button "Convert" to start work.
Step 3, Convert PCL to TIFF
After process started, all the buttons are disabled except the button "Help" and "About". It looks like the following window.
Step 4, Record converted log
After process completed, all the states of the PDF files generated during this process will appear in the list. And if you want to record this convert log, you must check "Record converted log", then click button "Finish" to end. Click here to get the full version.
