1.Download Xilisoft Audio Converter and install it.
2. Run it by double clicking the "Xilisoft Audio Converter" icon on your desktop.
3. Add MP4 Files
Press  button to add mp4 files that you want to convert. The files you select will list on the program main windows. Click Remove button if you want to remove one of the file that you have selected.
4. Select MP3 Encode
Press  to configure mp3 encode settings.
5. Convert MP4 to MP3
Press  to start converting MP4 file to MP3 file.
