Step 1: Adding .htm Files

The easiest way to add .htm files is to use the mouse to drag and drop files onto the Contents window from the built-in resource explorer or Windows Resource Explorer or Windows Find Dialog.

Step 2: Compile to CHM
  1. After all .htm files are added, you can execute the Compile to CHM command to generate the HTML Help file (.CHM file).From the Tools menu, select Compile to CHM.

    On the toolbar, click Compile to CHM.
