System Requirements :To convert FLV files to MP4 with River Past Video Cleaner, you should have DirectX 8.0 or above, FLV Splitter , Apple QuickTime, River Past 3GP Booster Pack and ffdShow installed.

1.Download River Past Video Cleaner and install it.

2. Run it by double clicking the "River Past Video Cleaner" icon on your desktop.


3. Click on the "Add" button on the tool bar. The standard file open dialog appears. Select "FLV - Flash Video" in its "Files of type" combo box.

Note: To convert from FLV files, you must have FLV Splitter installed.

4.Click on the toggle to the left of the "Output Format" label to expand the panel. Select " MP4 - MPEG-4 "as the "File Type". .

Note: To convert to MP4 (MPEG-4) video files, you must have Apple QuickTime installed.

5. Video settings:Click on the toggle to the left of the "Video Settings" label to expand the panel.

Select "Specify" under "Size" and/or "Frame rate" to enter the video resolution and/or frame rate.

You can change the compressor, quality, size, and frame rate of the video.

6.Audio settings:Click on the toggle to the left of the "Audio Settings" label to expand the panel. Select the audio compressor for the conversion. Depending on the compressor, you may also change the sample rate, channel (stereo or mono), bits/sample, and bitrate.


7. Expand the "Output Directory" panel. Use the button to select an output directory.


8.Click the "Convert" button on the tool bar.
