How to Convert FLV TO 3GP?
1.Download River Past Video Cleaner and install it.
2. Run it by double clicking the "River Past Video Cleaner" icon on your desktop.
3. Click on the "Add"
button on the tool bar. The standard file open dialog appears. Select "FLV - Flash Video" in its "Files of type" combo box.
Note: To convert from FLV files, you must have FLV Splitter installed.
4.Click on the
toggle to the left of the "Output Format" label to expand the panel. Select "DV - Digital Video".
5. Video settings:Click on the toggle to the left of the "Video Settings" label to expand the panel.
6.Audio settings:Click on the toggle to the left of the "Audio Settings" label to expand the panel.
7. Expand the "Output Directory" panel. Use
the button to select an output directory.
8.Click the "Convert"
button on the tool bar.

How to Convert FLV TO 3GP?
