How to convert HTML Help (CHM) to Web Help with Fly Help? |

With Fly Help, you can convert HTML Help (CHM) into a browser-based web help system.
This function will help you create Help for Web-based or desktop applications, intranet or extranet Help, online books, and more.
To do this please follow steps below:
- From the Tools menu, select CHM to Web Help.
- Select an HTML Help (CHM) file that you want to convert.
- Select or enter an output folder.
- Specify the charset.
- Specify the template.
- Enter the web help title.
- Click Next to display the next wizard dialog.
Show Buttons
Select or clear the navigation buttons for the items you want to display in the navigation pane. For example, if you select Index and Search, those buttons will be available to users in the navigation pane. Users click the button to access or close each pane.
Button Captions
Specify captions for the navigation buttons.
Button Tips
Specify tips for the navigation buttons.
Home URL
Specify the URL for the Home button in the navigation pane. For example, if you enter the homepage of your website for the Home URL, users click this button to access your homepage.
Click Finish. The converting process begins.
When the process is complete, click View Result in the Wizard Result dialog to see the output in your browser. Click Close to close the dialog without viewing.
You can also use index.html in the output folder to begin to view.
