Here's the step-by-step guide to convert amr file to ac3 file. The selected software is Allok MP3 to AMR Converter.
How to Convert AMR to AC3?
1. Download Allok MP3 to AMR Converter and install it.
2. Run it by double clicking the "Allok MP3 to AMR Converter" icon on your desktop.
3. Click  the button or click the  add one or several media files (for example:*.amr)selected to the file list .
NOTES: It supports: WAV, AC3,MP3 , WMA,OGG ,AMR, 3GP, MP2, RM, RMVB, RAM, VCD, VOB, AVI, MPEG, WMV, ASF, etc.
4. Setting the" out format" and "out folder".You select the format output target (*.ac3) in the "out format", press  select the folder you will save.
Tips: It also convert to *.aac,*.ac3,*.mp2,*.mp3,*.m4a,*.ogg.
5. Click  button to convert AMR file to MP3 file.You would see the info "Mission accomplished " after a successful conversion.
