With big round buttons in the Player window you can play, pause or stop music, jump to next or previous song from the playlist. For all those functions you also have an access from popup menu or using keyboard shortcuts the same as in Winamp.
With the slider on progress bar you can easily jump to any position of the song.
Below the progress bar you have master volume bar and a button to switch on or off the sound.
.
In control window you will find other options to control the sound: sliders to adjust bass and treble and balance between right and left stereo channel.
.

You can also change the speed rate of the song. It's very helpful when you try to capture lyrics times in edition mode. If you like to sing and record your voice it can be very useful to fit TONE of the song to your voice scale. It works for with MIDI files and also for MP3 and OGG.
Sometimes it is not easy to find karaoke background song in MP3 or OGG format. Vocal function tries to remove any monophonic components from stereo sound. Quality of vocal removal depends on how songs are recorded and mixed. Function works well for vocal tracks that are"up in the middle"of the stereo mix.Other placement of the vocal in the stereo field can not be removed. If songs are not recorded in this way, their vocals are not removed at all. This is why some songs work great while others do not.
