How to Configure DNS for Mac OS X with OpenDNS?

1. Select "System Preferences..." from the Apple menu.

2. Click "Network" from the "Internet & Network" row.

3. Click "Configure..." button at the bottom of the screen.
Your default connection method (Built-in Ethernet, for example) will be highlighted. You may repeat this step and the following step for your alternate connection methods (AirPort, for example).

4. Type in OpenDNS addresses in the "DNS Servers" field..

Please write down your current DNS settings before switching to OpenDNS, in case you want to return to your old settings for any reason.
The DNS Server addresses for Open DNS are: 208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220
You will want to put both addresses in the field.

5. Restart your computer.
