Cookies
Cookies are small files that are placed on your computer that provide information to web-sites to facilitate surfing. Not all cookies are considered bad, as some store information such as your login information for web-mail. Cleaning cookies will not harm your computer in any way.
Visited Pages History
Internet Explorer keeps a list of the pages you have recently visited. Super Ad Blocker can clear the history to prevent others from viewing where you have been surfing.
URL History
The URL history is the list of items you have typed in the Address Bar of Internet Explorer. Cleaning the URL history will not harm your computer in any way and prevents others from viewing where you have been surfing.
Temporary Files / Cache
When you visit a web page Internet Explorer will store a copy of the graphics and pages of a site in its "cache" so that when you visit the site again, it will load immediately and require less bandwidth. This information can be used to determine your surfing habits so use cleaning to protect your privacy. Cleaning your cache will not harm your computer in anyway.
