1. Auto FTP main window

Main screen is divided into four sections: local computer panel (displays folders on a local computer), local folder panel (displays content of the selected folder on a local computer), remote computer panel (displays folders on a remote computer-ftp server), remote folder panel (displays content of the selected folder on a remote computer.

Main screen allows you to quickly define transfers (downloads or uploads) of the selected files. To define transfers you can use drag-and-drop feature, download or upload buttons, or commands from pop-up menu.

2. FTP Transfer Manager

Transfer Manager is the place where you can define, modify, delete, and start all transfer activities.

Start Transfer: The file(s) upload or download will be activated. If you are not yet connected to the Internet Auto FTP will try to connect to ftp site using the connection type you specified in Preferences.

Load: This function will help you select previously defined transfer sets and load it automatically into the Transfer Manager window.

Save: This function will allow you to save the content of the Transfer Manager window in a transfer template file. In the future click on the Load push button in the Transfer Manager window and load a previously defined transfer set from the Load Transfer Set dialog box.

3. FTP Assistant

Assistant will help to setup your first transfers. Assistant allows you to define immediate transfers or scheduled upload and download tasks with ease. No need to write complicated scripts. You can setup the complicated transfers into templates and save them.

4. FTP Scheduler

Auto FTP Premium comes with flexible scheduler. You can schedule auto-recurring transfers for any future data and time.

5. Special Actions

Special Actions function in Transfer Manager lets you to execute and schedule the following functions: Create Folder , Remove Folder, Delete File, Send Command, Execute Application, Delete Local Non-Existing Files, Delete Remote Non-Existing Files, Upload Site (Folder), Download Site (Folder), Delete Site (Folder)

6. Transfer Log

Auto FTP maintains a detailed Activity Log so you can easily find out which transfers were successful, which failed and why.

7. Stealth Mode

The Stealth Mode can run Auto Transfers without an overhead of the user interface (it takes less resources and is more reliable). It is recommended to run all Auto Transfers (especially over a long period of time) in Stealth Mode.

8. Strong File Encryption Decryption

Encryption allows you to encrypt and decrypt files selected for upload or download using the latest industry standard strong encryption algorithms: AES (US Advanced Encryption Standard) secret key encryption algorithm known as Rijndael. Twofish encryption algorithm, a runner-up candidate for AES. RSA encryption is a public-key encryption algorithm.

You can define encryption and decryption settings for your ftp session and save it as a transfer set for future reuse or for defining scheduled transfers with automated encryption and decryption.
