How to update drivers through Windows Device Manager

To improve computer performance and get higher and superior PC experience, you need to keep computer updated with the latest drivers of hardware or software. Following list several easy steps to help you update computer drivers through Windows XP Device Manager manually.

Step 1

Right Click the Shortcut "My Computer" and click "Properties" see picture 1

Click the Hardware Tab in the pop-up window, then click the "hardware manager", see screenshots.

In pop-up window, select hardware driver you wanna to update, and right click to view device information.

Step 4

Then click "Update Driver" tab to upgrade the device driver. It's highly recommend that you should download the latest drivers from the manufacture's website first, and then you could specify the location of the drivers.

Note: After finish downloading and updating. Please restart your computer.
