How to Recover Damaged Access Databases using Advanced Access Repair? |

Advanced Access Repair is a powerful Access recovery tool. It uses advanced technologies to scan the corrupt or damaged Microsoft Access databases(.mdb files) and recover your data in them as much as possible, so to minimize the loss in file corruption.
When your Microsoft Access databases(.mdb files) are damaged or corrupt due to various reasons and you cannot open them normally, you can use Advanced Access Repair to scan the .mdb files and recover the data from the files as much as possible.
Step 1
Download Advanced Access Repairand install it. Start Advanced Access Repair.
Note: Note: Before recovering damaged or corrupt Access mdb file with Advanced Access Repair, please close Microsoft Access and any other applications that may modify the mdb file.
Step 2
Select the damaged or corrupt Access mdb file to be repaired:

You can input the mdb filename directly or click
button to browse and select the file.
Step 3
By default, Advanced Access Repair will save the fixed Access database into a new file named xxxx_fixed.mdb, where xxxx is the name of the source mdb file. For example, for file Damaged.mdb , the default fixed file will be Damaged_fixed.mdb. If you want to use another name, then please select or set it accordingly:

You can input the fixed file name directly or click Browse for Destination MDB File button to browse and select the fixed file.
Step 4
Click button, Advanced Access Repair will start scanning and repairing the source mdb file. Progress bar will indicate the repair progress.
After the repair process, if the source mdb database can be repaired successfully, you will see a messagebox like this:

Step 5
Now you can open the fixed mdb database with Microsoft Access or other applications.
Note: The demo version will display the following messagebox to show the success of the recovery:

where you can click button to see a detailed report of all the recoverable fields and records, like this:

But the demo version will not output the fixed file. Please order the full version to get the fixed file.
