3D Grapher is a powerful but easy-to-use graphing software. It will help you create animated 2D and 3D equation and table-based graphs and manipulate them. You can specify an unlimited number of graphs which can be plotted using different colors and lighting conditions. It is possible to plot functions with 1 to 3 independent variables including a time variable for animation. 3D Grapher supports Cartesian, polar, cylindrical or spherical coordinates.
