This program can analyse set-ups of the chess game
as to win, remis and loss. Besides the safe
(classic) final states checkmate and stalemate -
with both sides playing actively - setups can be
decided by the user (via freely definable cores).
VERY INTERESTING for end games with a few pieces.
The underlying concept utilizes JAVA's advantage
that individual (user) classes can be exchanged
and modified as you like within the project.
Set-up analysis itself can be defined via source
text file, which you compile and then copy the
outcoming class file(s) into that directoy which
contains the Java class files after installation
(s. Readme.htm then).
Special highlight: You can evaluate set-ups imme-
diately by core definitions. The program also
looks for (valued) core set-ups and stores its
results on demand into files.
Installation: Unpack the ".zip" file, then open
the info file via browser. The application is, as
usual, bilingual (e+g). Have much fun finding out
new results about one or the other chess set-up.
