Pros: Very cool! Both the sound and the graphics are amazing!
Cons: Highly addictive, with this game time passes too easily and quicktly!
Ten or more years ago, most of us may have played an 8bit tank-game named BattleCity, in which our task is destroying all the enemy’s tanks before they smash our military base. This game is fun and gives me a deep impression. Today I find a cute casual game - Armada Tanks, which preserves the old school gameplay’s storyline and improves the graphics and sounds quite a lot. In this game, there are more cute features than before. Players steer their armored carrier into position and fire on an impressive variety of opposing tanks a hot new arcade shooter. It challenges players to protect their military base from the enemy. Enkord kept the controls simple, choosing accessible run-and-gun mechanics over a cumbersome interface. You could control your tanks by keyboard, mouse or together. For instance, when hitting the right mouse, tank moves, while hitting the left mose to fire! You could not only fire flatly or vertically, but you could use your mouse to aim and fire arbitrarily.
Players can earn money if completing missions, so they can purchase upgrades and well as new weapons. And when the action gets intense, players can roll over powerups that offer several benefits, including invincibility and base repairs.
The vivid graphics and 12 visually stunning environments of Armada Tanks make this game conspicuous among its competitors. I love this game also because it gives me a happy feel reminiscent of the early days of home console gaming.
To install Armada Tanks, it is easy and straightforward. There is no adware and spyware combined with the setup file, so you could install this program without hesitation. My computer’s configuration is AMD Sempron 2500+ CPU, 512RAM, and the operation system is Windows XP. When I played this game, it occupied 5,224KB RAM, which is so small to affect other programs.
