Step 1: Download Adobe Reader 9.1 free.

Step 2: Run the Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 installation file you've downloaded to install Adobe Acrobat Reader 9 on your computer.

Step 3: Open the PDF file you want to change its view angle.

Step 4: Click View in the menu bar on the top of Adobe Reader. The select Rotate View from drop-down menu.

Step 5: Choose the item of Clockwise from the drop-down list. You will find the page view is changed.

Once you have already done all of above mentioned, you have changed the view of a page in the angle of 90 in Adobe Reader. While this changes the view of the page not its actual orientation, you can't save this change.
