Trouble Shoting On How To Use dvdSanta |

Yes when i try to burn some .avi files, sometimes it doesn't work. like most of the time it works, but lately when i try to burn a dvd it doesn't work. when it does work the source position clock goes up second by second just like the elapsed time. but when its not going to work the source position starts going up a lot faster then it stops and the send an error report thing comes up and i click debug then it pops up again then i click send error report and it starts but it does nothing so i have to shut it down. can you help me?

| OK. We have received your letter. The best way is to uninstall dvdsanta first and restart your computer then install dvdsanta again. Then the problem will be solved. |
