Pros: It could convert photo to many video formats. Both the quality and the background music is pleasant, and the conversion speed is amazing.
Cons: No bar to show the rate of process, so, I wait until it informs the conversion is complete.
PackPal DVD Creator is a powerful photo to DVD converter. You could convert your photos to nearly all kinds of video formats easily with this program. See a screenshot of PackPal DVD Creator:

With PackPal DVD Creator, you could burn photo and video file with different quality, and there are 3 options. For instance, if you’d like a high quality one, it will take more time for conversion. If you have no DVD knowledge, and you don’t know how to tweak it, the default setting is good enough to meet your need. The user interface is Intuitive, just a few clicks (select the photos and music you want to convert, and click the Start button), and the program will do the rest of work for you. What I feel a little pity is that there is no bar to show the rate of the progress, which keeps me unknown about when the conversion will finish. I think, to be friendlier, the designer should add a bar or at least let the user know how long the whole conversion will take.
The set up file of this program is 8.2MB, and after installation, it takes 16.2MB hard disk space. There is no adware, spyware or other mulware in this program, so there is no need to worry about losing your data after installation.
When you never need this program, you could remove this program just by double clicking the Uninstall button, and the entire program will be deleted from your computer.
When if first used this program to convert some pictures to a AVI file, during the conversion, it occupied 5020KB RAM – too little compared with other programs did. It is definitely a powerful program, so I strongly recommend it to you guys.
