If you want to record audio that works in your web browser, you can choose Odeo Studio. It also is a Flash app that uses your computer microphone to record clips. You also can use it in your blog and website. It is worth to be own.
Benefits:
Odeo Studio can be recorded up to 1 hour and I think this is enough time for a podcast.You can change the color scheme, play order and toggle the auto-play settings (disabled by default). You can also find add a Odeo Me button to your blog, website or podcast which enables anyone checking out your site to tap on the button which take them to a page where they can e-mail you a message. So now you say this sounds really cool but there is more.
Odeo also has the capability to post a video. Of course you will need a webcam. Even with their flaws I still think Odeo is worth the time to check out. You don't need to download anything special from Odeo but you will need a good web connection and a microphone.
