iPhone Unlock Guide
1. To check your iphone version, dial *3001#12345#* on the iPhone. It will show you: Versions -> Firmware version, if it says 03.14.08_G, then the iPhone is version 1.0.2. You're fine. Go to step 2.
If it says 03.12.06_G" (version 1.0.0), then restore iPhone to the version 1.0.2 first through iTunes.( Press and hold "HOME" + "Power" button on the iPhone for 30 seconds until "connect to iTunes message" shows up. Holding "SHIFT" key and click iTunes' restore button and choose file: "iPhone1,1_1.0.2_1C28_Restore.ipsw". If you don't have the file, you can download from here)
If it says "04.01.13_G" (version 1.1.1), your iPhone currenly cannot be unlocked and you need to wait for our upgrade to be released in the future. Most AT&T stores still have a lots of 1.0.0 or 1.0.2 iPhones in stock. You may want to return the 1.1.1 iphone to apple and get one from your AT&T store nearby.
2. Connect your iphone to the computer and run the one-click iphone unlock software.
3. When the software says "Imported Successfully",then you go to the iphone and run the "unlocker" application on the dashboard. The unlocking process may take several mintues,please wait patiently.
4. Congratulations! Your iphone is fully unlocked, you can insert other SIM card now and the AT&T restriction will never bother you again.
