DVD Cloner - Disc error

After copying a DVD w/ DVD Cloner III when I put the Copy in any of my home DVD players I get a disc error that says eject the disc. Playback feature may not be available on the disc. What does this mean?

Thank you for writing to us.
Please try the steps:
1.Please make sure that your DVD Player supports the DVDr/rw disc you use.
2.You may play the burned disc on your PC with your DVD burner by PowerDVD or WinDVD and see if you get the same problem.
3.You may backup your DVD on your hard disc first, then play it with PowerDVD or WinDVD. Please test if you get the same problem.
4.Please select 4x as burning speed in the Advanced Option and use 4x namebrand DVDr/rw disc, such as Memorex, Fujifilm, or Verbatim for example.
5. We have a new release. Please uninstall DVD-CLONER then download DVD-CLONER V build 884 at: http://www.dvd-cloner.com-http.com/
