Copy DVD9 to another DVD9 disc

DVD-Cloner V supports multiple DVD discs. For example, you can freely copy DVD9 to another DVD9 disc, or two DVD5 discs with prefect 1:1 rate while no quality lost.

To copy DVD movie from DVD9 disc to another DVD9 disc. Just follow steps list below

Step1. Launch DVD-Cloner V by double click shortcut on desktop.

If you have no install DVD-Cloner V on computer, download and install it. After DVD-Cloner is running, your will see interface of DVD-Cloner V.

Step2. Put original DVD disc into DVD-ROM or DVD Burner. then DVD-Cloner V will automatically detect and found DVD movie. Then basic information of DVD disc including size, name etc will appear.

Step3. Select D9 to D9 option in the menu (see following screenshot).

Step4. Connect DVD Burner with your PC and put a blank DVD9 disc into DVD Burner and click the button "start ", then DVD Cloner will automatically start to copy DVD movie till end.

What's the difference between DVD9 and DVD5?

DVD-9, (Single Side Dual Layer )

D9 holds around 8 540 000 000 bytes and that is 7.95 computer GB. DVD+R supports this format. This media is called DVD+R9, DVD+R DL or 8.5 GB Media. A DVD-9 (dual layer) disc and hold 240 minutes of continuous video.

DVD-5 ( Single Side Single Layer )

D5 holds around 4 700 000 000 bytes and that is 4.37 computer GB where 1 kbyte is 1024 bytes* . DVD+R/DVD+RW and DVD-R/DVD-RW supports this format. Also called Single Sided Single Layered. This is the most common DVD Media, often called 4.7 GB Media. A DVD-5 disc will hold nominally 133 minutes of high quality MPEG-2 encoded video, together with three surround-sound audio channels and four subtitle channels. (Without video compression one DVD-5 disc would hold only about 3 minutes of video).
